Hope everyone is well on this bright and sunny Wednesday, although It may not be Wednesday when you're reading this, but I do still hope it's bright and sunny.
I'm so excited to finally be posting about my beautiful, new running shoes, the Nike Flyknit Lunar 3's. I say new, but I have had them for over three weeks now. Can you believe I haven't worn them running yet because I had no way of taking good enough photo's to post with, due to the #nophone #nocamera lifestyle I've unfortunately been living- that is the epitome of #bloggerproblems right there haha! Anyway, after signing up for the half marathon I thought it was about time I progressed from my beloved Nike Free Run 3's, which I absolutely adore but are pretty worn. After three years of using them as my gym, running and go-to everyday trainers, I definitely needed to invest in a new pair. I headed to the Nikestore in Oxford Circus, where the lovely Lauren on the women's floor helped me choose a pair of trainers that suited my needs. I then came home, scoured the Interweb and managed to score them on Zalando for LESS THAN HALF PRICE, am I a baragin hunter or what?
I love how these shoes look, especially on. The flyknit design and technology, also looks and feels amazing, It's got a sock like feeling that's so comfortable. After years of wearing the Free 3's, and being used to the completely bare feel, these were definitely a change. There's so much more support, which is great, particularly because I'm running a lot more long distance now, but they're still really light. I can't wait to take these out for a spin tomorrow on my 11km run.
These are sold out on Zalando but you can still purchases them on the Nike website. They are pricey but so, so worth it if you're into running!
I also have some exciting news, I have a new phone( woooooohoooo) and I've finally joined the dslr gang with a Nikon D5300! I'm absolutely in love with it, and still figuring out how to use it and all that jazz. You may have also noticed a design overhaul, which I'm also seriously enamoured with. The new layout is literally everything I've ever wanted and a huge Thank you must go out to Mina from Underline Design, who you can find on Etsy.
That's all for today folks.
